    • Who can edit information about a data asset?



    Asset information can only be edited by:

    • The person named in the ‘Current Owner’ field (the owner can make and publish changes.)
    • The person named in the 'Current Steward field (The steward can make and submit changes but cannot publish changes.)

    IAR Admins are also able to make changes and publish items on behalf of the Owner or Steward; however in order to do this, email approval from the Owner must be sent to IARadmin@det.nsw.edu.au noting the changes to be made.
